SOUTH WEST OF MALLORCA

Port Andratx, Santa Ponsa and Palma make up the glitzy southwest of Mallorca and are major players on the luxury Mallorca scene with spectacular frontline beach properties in the 4-6 million euro bracket. The south west is the playground of the rich and famous with a luxury marina and bustling coastal town of Andratx a stone's throw from Palma and some of the best golf courses on the island.

Port Andratx is an important top end marina attracting the cream of Mallorca’s yachting crowd. In terms of real estate however, there is a wealth of magnificent luxury homes with views over the bay, but land is very hard to come by and most property on offer here is new build or villas requiring extensive reformations.
